  1. I did my own variant of this with overwhelming success.

    My substitutions included:
Leeks for onions (food sensitivities req)
    fresh basil for dried
    home-made pasta for box
    home-made bolognaise for bought
and a whole lot more cheese, including some fresh boccincinni balls on top during the baking process.

    The results were outrageously good.

  2. I love this recipe! I have made it before for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it! The best part, while it’s not as healthy as a chicken and strawberry salad or the likes, it is still healthy enough to make for dinner on a calorie conscious diet

  3. Chris says:

These look awesome and not too unhealthy. I love lasagna but always want to add something more to it. Cooking veggies and wrapping them in the lasagna noodles is a great idea. And this recipe is simple and quick. Yum!

  6. Some of my fans were talking about making this in my nightly What’s for Dinner post on FB; Now I see why I might give it a shot as it looks dead easy to make and looks good. Thanks for sharing some great pictures too.

  9. Those look delicious! Now i’m hungry 🙂

  10. That’s a pretty good idea. I just made a spinach lasagna on Monday, although I used an alfredo sauce instead of “tomato gravy.”

  11. Michelle says:

    This looks INCREDIBLE!

  12. Those look awfully good! We’re always looking for ways to eat the spinach we grow in our garden in ways other than just a salad, so we just may have to try it.

  13. Looks really yummy! And it’s even vegetarian so I approve!
