We’ve been all about the breakfast recipes of late with the lemon blueberry muffins (which are pictured below as well), bacon and egg muffins, and the monkey bread recipe. Well, now we have another one to throw at you and it’s my wife’s favorite! Welcome, bacon cheese quiche!

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Meanwhile, prep other food as instructed above (cut green onions, cook bacon and chop, etc.)
2. Bake frozen pie crust for 8 minutes and then remove from oven. When this step is complete reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F.
3. While pie crust is baking, get a medium bowl and stir together the eggs, milk, green onion, salt, pepper, and cooked bacon. After everything is mixed, then add the cheese and flour. Mix well.

4. By now the pie crust should be out of the oven. Pour egg mixture into hot, baked pie crust. Then CAREFULLY put it back into the oven.

5. Bake for 40-45 minutes (on 325 degrees F) or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let the bacon cheese quiche stand a few minutes before serving, then enjoy!!

Looks delicious! That is one thing I miss since going vegetarian- bacon!
Definitely adding this to my meal plan!
That looks awesome. Quiche is my favorite recipe and I cook it often. Who say’s a man can’t cook quiche!
I love quiche too. Ready dough is hard to find here so I have gone doughless, putting a bit of flour in the quiche mix, and it is really good. My BF used to leave part of the quiche dough anyway, like people do pizza, now he eats it all!
Looks like an awesome weekend breakfast.
I have never attempted to make a quiche before, only frittatas. This looks pretty simple to make though
I’m a huge fan of quiche and make mine pretty much like you do with the frozen crust although I should try to make it homemade.
I’ll make quiche on occasion. I’m not a big fan of pie crusts, however.
I don’t usually like eggs, but this looks super tasty. I’d substitute turkey bacon because that’s what I like, but otherwise, yum!
Quiche is always a huge favorite when we’ve done it for guests. Thanks for sharing.
I love that you throw recipes on there as well, it adds a lot of character. I was doing my nightly PF blog catchup and my fiance saw this recipe on my screen. She got really excited so we’re going to try it this week. Thanks!!
