After upgrading Oracle EBS from version 12.1.3 to version 12.2, when we can call Oracle and open the Tele Accounts screen, we will get the following error:
FRM-92101: An error occurred while starting a new form server. This must be due to a misconfiguration. See the web server log archives for more information.

The first thing you will be asked if someone is an EBS administrator is tocheck module status. You are returned to whoever has an active user request ID that has been completed. This ensures that you can view the login page, public access pages, forms, parallel handlers, and output. 80% of EBS are usually up and running with a Request ID.
This case then went fine after upgrading to 12.2.9, and something weird happened when we sent Active Users or pretty much any other request. Oracle Support has special notes regarding this exception and you will have a personalized fix experience. Well, I applied the patches, but unfortunately it didn’t help
The following exception messages may appear in forms immediately after clicking the submit button.
FRM-92101: There must have been an error during startup on the firms server. This may be due to incorrect configuration.
oracle.forms.net.ConnectionException: processing of form <3> aborted: unable to contact rendering process:
Fix After implementing numerous problemsm, including some known crashes, this error has not changed. It can also be useful to authenticate OS patches such as themes and styles, as well as other libraries that are very important for EBS to work.
The solution to this exception in this environment was to compile FlexFields using addadmin. Hope this helps. 😉

I ran into a missing (in the title of the question) when saving certificates from a form. Now I’ve seen how it worked when my forms were running on my PC as an engine (Oracle 9i OAS) and (via Internet Explorer browser) and actually with a separate server (Oracle Application Server 10g) and my PC client. Â This only happens when I insert a new input from a subform whose understanding was obtained from the calling form.
If necessary, a record of application data is saved. A Then press the button to connect the home screen, and the details of the farmland application are also displayed on the home screen. Â According to experts, I will add more data as well as storage. In this scenario, the main application crashes, but the browser remains open. Â Now I no longer change existing companies from existing use, everything moves fine when saving.
oracle.forms.net.ConnectionException: Form <18> session aborted: Unable to contact execution process.
Now I looked at a possible solution for Oracle: “This can be confirmed by looking in the application.log file for a log message like ‘Could not switch to working directory: ‘.” I looked at the magazine and did not understand. I don’t see this error either, I only saw other errors

The thing is, my Oracle Home is placed correctly, but this error keeps coming and going.
